Betrayal, My topic for the book i'm reading.
I have no idea where where these guys are coming from but in my mind I'm viewing it as they have used each others trust. They are now two guys who are fighting and if they don't both start giving they will end up betraying each other and come out with one on top or with nothing. The reason I view it this way is because you can always be thinking that someone trusts you or you can trust them, then they will just use that trust causing the feeling and acting of betrayal.

Vengeance-the desire for revenge: a man full of vengeance.






This quote is stating how the Count had went past the limits of proper revenge and had given Mr. Dumas back the punishments that Mr. Dumas had given to the Count.

Dumas had shown great use of resources and it had now back fired on his plan.
